The objective of DJTA is to promote the game of tennis, through recreational and competitive programs, for members within the Saudi Aramco Dhahran Community. The current membership is around 260 active members. DJTA calendar provides a quality tournament each month in addition to regular ladder days.

2012 Spring Trimester Group Coaching (21-Apr to 27-Jun-2012)

Registration for 2012 Spring Trimester Group Coaching is now open.

Spring Trimester Group Coaching (STGC) will be limited to about 218 players. After the limit is reached, players will be placed on the waiting list.

Minimum age to participate in group coaching is 6 years.

Each group will consist of about 8 kids and will meet 2 times per week, with a total coaching time of 4 hours per week, or 2 hours per week if a coach decides to further split the group based on age and skill level.

Registration for Spring Group Coaching must be first done online and then payment must be made in person.

Step 1: Online Registration (in the Member Area, click on Group Coaching Request link in the menu on the right) must be done before 10am Monday 16-Apr-2012.

Step 2: Payment must be made in person:

Cost:SR800 (SR1150 for Coach Aziz) + SR150 for Annual Membership for new members
When:Mon 16-Apr-2012
Time:5:30pm to 7:00pm
Where:Dhahran Hills Tennis Clubhouse on Riyadh Blvd

Late registration will cost additional SR50 depending upon space availability.

REFUND for the Winter 2012 Group Coaching session will be made at the same time.

To avoid cancellation of your child's registration from the Spring Trimester Group Coaching, please remember to submit your payment in person on 16-Apr-2012 between 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Note:

In the comments section of the registration form, requests for preferred days can be made. However, please keep in mind that these are just requests and there are NO GUARANTEES that they will be honored as there are several other variables that go into organizing group and coach assignments.
